Registration and booking for congress participation can solely be made online via “My symposium.”
 

Symposium Fee

Symposium fees include the following features:

• Participation in all presentations, the poster session, and the evening events
• Participation in workshops (pre-registration required, number of active participants is limited)
• Program book including all abstracts (hardcopy)

* Poster presenters, students, pensioners, unemployed and severely disabled.

Registration and booking of symposium participation

1. Registration:

Please register first under My Symposium - Registration. You will then receive an e-mail with an activation link. Click here to activate your registration and to select your password.

2. Symposium booking:

Log into the system via My Symposium - Login. Complete missing data and book a corresponding symposium ticket through My Symposium – Ticket Booking. You will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail with payment information.

Please consider the above mentioned deadlines when making your payment. When not paying in due time you will have to pay the higher conference fee.

After login you can retrieve information on your payment of the sympsium fee under My Symposium - My Tickets.
